The clean-exhaust Crew strongly recommends cleaning the vessel’s exhaust system prior to the installation of clean-exhaust (this cleaning is not included in the price of clean-exhaust). Exhaust pipes can be filled with crusted particulate that should be eliminated on land and not in our seas. clean-exhaust and ecoBrew™ will then keep the vessel’s exhaust system scrubbed. This, in turn, will help to keep the air we breathe and the seas we love clean!

Process
- Start the generator. clean-exhaust’s purpose built pump automatically and strategically doses the ecoBrew™ emulsifier
- The spray-ring mixes the cooling sea water with the ecoBrew™ emulsifier as it exits the generator
- The specifically formulated ecoBrew™ emulsifier neutralizes contaminates, particulates, and product from an incomplete burn
- The dry exhaust exits comparatively particulate free leaving little or no floating black oil scum and little or no black/grey residue on the vessel’s top sides and boot tops
