Andrew first started work in a brewery and a chocolate factory but soon realized this was going to lead to being either drunk or fat. So, he packed his bags and joined the Navy and served for 10 years. He joined the yachting industry in 2002. He holds a Y3 Engineer’s Ticket, a Turbine Operator’s Certificate, a Boiler Operator’s Machinery License, an Ocean Yacht Master’s Certificate and a Watch Keeper’s Certificate from operating 70,000 horse power in the Navy. Andy has competed in the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race twice. Chief Engineer Andrew Connelly understands the value of clean-exhaust.

Carl spent a portion of his childhood on Water Island in the United States Virgin Islands. His recreational life has always been focused on water sports. He is a competitive water and jet skier, a certified water ski instructor, and a certified rescue scuba diver. He holds a 3000 Ton United States Coast Guard License with a 3000 Ton British License upon All Oceans. He has a private helicopter license, and is certified in Advanced Radar, Shipboard Fire Fighting and holds a MedAire Advanced Medical Certification. Captain Carl was the individual winner as “Best Captain of a Mega Yacht in 2001” at the Ft. Lauderdale International Boat show. Captain Carl Sputh understands the value of clean-exhaust.
